Using our services
These terms apply to Abdul Ghafoor (“we”, “us” and “our”) and your use of this website and games that reference these terms. Please read them before using the services. If you cannot agree to them, do not use the services. Any mandatory consumer rights available to you remain unaffected.
Use games appropriate for your age and the content ratings shown on Apple’s App Store. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms on your own, a parent or guardian must review and agree to them as required by applicable law.
Your permission to play
We allow you to use our games and website for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these terms and applicable store rules. The games, artwork, software and branding remain the property of their respective rights holders. This permission does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
Do not distribute unauthorized copies, interfere with our services, bypass security or purchase systems, exploit vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code or use the services to infringe another person’s rights. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Purchases and virtual items
Some games offer optional purchases. Check the item description and displayed price before confirming. Apple’s App Store and its payment providers handle purchases under their own terms. You are responsible for authorizing purchases made using your device and for configuring available parental and purchase controls.
Virtual items and currency provide access to features within the relevant game. They have no cash redemption value unless expressly stated or required by law. Availability, restoration and transfer depend on the item and game. Do not assume that consumable items or local progress can be restored after uninstalling or changing devices.
For a missing purchase, email gladiatorsinc419@gmail.com with the game name and order reference. Refunds are subject to applicable law and Apple’s App Store’s refund rules. Nothing in these terms excludes a refund or other remedy to which you are legally entitled.
Advertisements and third-party services
Games may display ads or offer rewards for completing an advertised action. Offers and availability can vary. A displayed advertisement or external link does not mean we endorse the third party’s products or services. Dealings with a third party are governed by its own terms.

Availability and updates
Features may be updated or changed for maintenance, security, compatibility or gameplay improvements. We cannot promise that every service will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device. Internet access or store services may be needed for certain features, and your connection charges remain your responsibility.
Where changes affect paid content or other protected rights, we will comply with applicable notice and remedy requirements. Keep your game and device software up to date.
Stopping use and misuse
You may stop using a game or this website at any time. Where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, fraud, security risks or legal requirements, we may restrict access to affected services, subject to applicable law and any notice or review rights. Uninstalling a game does not automatically delete records held by service providers; see the Privacy Policy for requests.
Responsibility and your legal rights
We provide services with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, we do not make additional guarantees about suitability for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by your misuse or independent third-party services, except where the law places responsibility on us.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or other protected claims, or limits mandatory consumer guarantees. Your applicable legal rights and remedies take priority over any conflicting wording.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the services change. We will publish the current version here with its effective date and provide additional notice where required. Changes do not remove rights already accrued under applicable law.
